Change and Cancel: If you need to change or cancel your booking, please notify us immediately by contacting 1-800-258-7669 extension 1 to speak to a Reservations Agent. Booking is strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable within seven days of arrival.
Payment Schedule: For reservations made more than 45 days prior to arrival, a deposit of 30% of land arrangements and any applicable travel insurance premium are required at the time of booking. Balance owing is due and processed on the original form of payment 45 days prior to arrival. Reservations made 44 days or less prior to the travel date require full payment, including an applicable travel insurance premium at the time of booking. Your use of a credit card number to apply deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
