  • Ski lockers and ski valet are situated on level 1 of the main lobby by the Elk Chair doors.

Please Note: Skis & Snowboards are not permitted in hallways, rooms or balconies.

The pool and hot tub in the main lodge, and the condo hot tubs are open:

  • 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM Daily

The Fitness Centre is located on level 1 of the main building.

  • 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Daily

Building doors may be locked, your room key will be required for access.

Lizard Creek Lodge Policies

Guests are responsible and will be charged for any damage to the property while onsite.

Each unit is allotted 1 underground and 1 above ground parking spot. Additional and oversized vehicles as well as tow-behinds (RVs, trailers, boats, campers etc.) must be parked offsite. Please contact us for further details on offsite parking.

Due to allergies among condo owners and staff, Lizard Creek Lodge is a pet-free facility with the exception of service animals with proper documentation. Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with a service animal. Any unauthorized pets will result in a minimum fine of $1,000 and be removed from the premises.

Bikes can be locked to our free-standing bike racks in the parkade or kept on or in your vehicle. Skis and snowboards can be stored with Ski Valet. No sports equipment is permitted in any units, hallways or balconies. A minimum $200 charge will be applied to any guests who have bikes or skis/snowboards in the units or on the balconies.

No smoking or vaping in rooms, interior common areas, or balconies. Guests can smoke or vape only in our designated smoking area. A minimum $250 charge will be applied to any guests smoking or vaping in any non-designated areas of the hotel.

11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. After hour noise complaints will be handled by the RCMP. Guests may be evicted from the property.

Guests cannot use the barbecues located on some of the balconies. These barbecues are Owners personal property and can only be used by the Owner.

Lizard Creek Lodge is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please ensure your personal belongings are secure.

Frequently Asked Questions

This is fixed by changing the source to HDMI 2/3, whichever the cable box is directly hooked up to.

Press the "Guide" on the Shaw remote.

Heating is controlled via the thermostat on the wall.

  • Ensure that the left hand lever is set to "fan" (for continuous) or "auto" (activated when temperature drops).
  • Ensure the right had lever is set to "heat" or "cool" for desired temperature.
  • Use the lever on the bottom to set desired temperature.

Pull the O-Ring around the bath faucet.

Ensure that both door locks are in the unlock position. Test the external door knob before closing the door to ensure you can get back in.
