Christmas Colouring Competition

Pick up your colouring pack from your hotel reception, guest services, or download a copy from the event webpage. There are 2 Helly Hansen kid’s ski jackets up for grabs along with loads of other prizes. Winners announced December 30th, 2020

Arts & Crafts Packages

The Ultimate Snowman Competition
December 21, 2020 – January 2, 2021
Take a picture of your best snowman and upload it with your registration on our event webpage. There is a 25L Rossignol backpack up for grabs for the ‘People’s Choice Award’ along with loads of other prizes! Winners will be announced on January 11.
Night Skiing on the Mighty Moose
December 26 – January 2, 2021
Take the family out for some evening turns on the Mighty Moose. The slope will be lit up from 4:00 – 9:00 pm. A valid lift ticket is required.
Virtual Family Photo Scavenger Hunt
December 19 & December 26, 2020
A FREE activity that takes place all over the resort and is fun for the whole family. Follow the clues that will lead you to areas on-mountain and around the base area. Find as many clues as you can and take photo evidence of you & your family. We have great prizes up for grabs!
Ski with Santa
December 24, 2020
Get out and ski a couple of turns with the man in the big red suit throughout the day. He will be sliding around your favourite runs and has special treats for everyone!

Enjoy Christmas dinner with your family in the cosy, mountainside Cirque restaurant! Cirque will be offering family-style service, you’ll get a delicious Christmas dinner without having to worry about cooking all day or doing the dishes!!
New Years Eve Dinner at Cirque Restaurant
December 31, 2020
Ring in 2021 in style at Cirque Restaurant at Lizard Creek Lodge. Enjoy a delicious 5-course dinner with a beautiful view of Fernie Alpine Resort! There will be live music during dinner but no after-party this year.
Snowshoe Evening Tours
Every Tuesday, 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Enjoy a 2 hour guided snowshoe tour through our beautiful tranquil forests. Includes guided tour and snowshoe rental.
Fatbike Tours
Every Thursday, 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Experience the tranquillity (and fun!) of an evening winter bike ride in the snow! Fully guided by our professional staff at Fernie Alpine Resort.
Nordic Sundays
Every Sunday, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of our Nordic trail system. Fully guided by our professional staff. The package includes a guided cross-country ski tour and rentals.
