Virtual Family Photo Scavenger Hunt
This free activity takes place all over the resort and is fun for the whole family. Follow the clues that will lead you to areas on-mountain and around the base area. Find as many clues as you can and take photo evidence of you & your family. We have great prizes up for grabs!
How to participate
- Follow the clues below and take a photo of you and your family wherever the clues lead you (clues will be released on the day at 9:00 am).
- Submit your photos with your contact information using the form below by 5:00 pm.
- Win prizes!
You don’t have to solve all the clues to enter. Don’t forget to post your selfies on Facebook or Instagram and hashtag #lovefernie

- Wish upon me and your wish will come true – the longest ski run on the mountain.
- The Griz is our best friend when he brings the snow to Fernie, and he loves selfies.
- This is the best place on the mountain to grab your last-minute Christmas shopping, with plenty of Fernie Alpine Resort souvenirs in stock.
- Grab yourself a bite to eat at your favourite on-mountain eatery.
- We have many new safety protocols at Fernie Alpine Resort due to COVID-19. Show us a picture that demonstrates one of these.
- Peter Pan might take his Neverland companions here for a warm beverage and spectacular view.
- Practice makes perfect – meet the pros here and come learn to ski or snowboard.
