Bailey Maxwell

Registered Massage Therapist & Spa Manager

Bailey Maxwell is a Registered Massage Therapist with over nine years of experience and a lifelong passion for wellness. After graduating from D'Arcy Lane Institute in London, Ontario, in 2016, she transferred her license to British Columbia in 2018. She has since worked in multidisciplinary clinics across St. Thomas, Powell River, and now Fernie, where she's proudly called home for the past six years.

Bailey's journey into massage therapy began as a competitive soccer and hockey player, where she experienced the positive impact of manual therapy on performance and recovery. Her practice is grounded in evidence-informed care, personalised to each client's needs, whether you're seeking deep tissue therapy, relaxation, or a blend of both.

She integrates a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, fascial release, Swedish massage, low-grade joint mobilisations, pin and stretch, and pregnancy massage. Her goal is to create a supportive, effective, and collaborative treatment environment.

Bailey enjoys playing hockey with the Fernie Hustlers, skiing, hiking, and floating the Elk River in the summer.

It's in the Name

At Névé Day Spa, we've taken inspiration from the snowy mountainside to create an atmosphere that's both welcoming and indulgent.

Our name, "Névé", is a tribute to the fresh snow that graces the glacier throughout winter, renewing it for the impending melt season.

In the same spirit, we've renewed our spa to ensure it embodies this rejuvenation.
