PRENATAL MASSAGE with BC RMT

Prenatal massage is a type of therapeutic massage specifically designed for pregnant women. It involves techniques and safe positioning that focus on relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness while being mindful of the changes the body goes through during pregnancy. This type of massage is generally safe, but we suggest talking with your healthcare provider before undergoing massage therapy. Certain conditions, such as preeclampsia, placenta previa, or a history of miscarriage, may contraindicate massage therapy during pregnancy.
