There is no charge if your reservation is cancelled or modified more than 7 days before the date of arrival. If cancelled or modified less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no show, the total stay will be charged. Your credit card will be charged for the entire stay on the day of arrival. Incidentals will be pre-authorised upon arrival.
The total amount is due at time of booking. No refunds will be given if cancelled or modified at any time. Your credit card will be pre-authorized for incidentals upon arrival.
At check-in an additional hold of $100 per night, up to a maximum of $500, will be held on your credit card. This is to cover any incidental charges and will be released on check out.
Owners have 30 days prior to the arrival date to release space or modify reservations without penalty. Cancellation policy allows for no penalty if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival, 50% of the entire lodging value including taxes and fees will be charged. If cancellation is less than 14 days prior to arrival 100% of the lodging value including taxes and fees will be charged. Owners are responsible for no-shows, under the same terms.
