Join us for an unforgettable six-course tasting experience curated by Head Chef Jonny Drinkwater and the Cirque culinary team. Each dish pays tribute to the diverse backgrounds of our kitchen staff, drawing inspiration from their home countries and provinces for a one-of-a-kind celebration of heritage, flavour, and creativity.
Each course will be expertly paired by Mark Anthony Wine Group, with selections thoughtfully chosen to elevate every bite.
Please note: seating may be arranged in a long, harvest-style format to encourage a convivial, shared dining experience.
