We’re delighted to welcome you back for the third consecutive year of our pre-ski season Wine Paired Dinner with Mark Anthony, an evening where culinary artistry meets exceptional winemaking.

Join us for an unforgettable six-course tasting experience curated by Head Chef Jonny Drinkwater and the Cirque culinary team. Each dish pays tribute to the diverse backgrounds of our kitchen staff, drawing inspiration from their home countries and provinces for a one-of-a-kind celebration of heritage, flavour, and creativity.

Each course will be expertly paired by Mark Anthony Wine Group, with selections thoughtfully chosen to elevate every bite.

Please note: seating may be arranged in a long, harvest-style format to encourage a convivial, shared dining experience.

Traditional Christmas Buffet Dinner

This year, Cirque Restaurant is delighted to host its traditional Christmas Buffet, celebrating the season with a warm and festive dining experience.

Enjoy a delicious holiday feast featuring all your favourites — from classic roasted turkey and maple-glazed ham to garlic mashed potatoes, savoury sage brioche stuffing, and an array of roasted seasonal vegetables. Indulge your sweet tooth with assorted baked desserts and warm apple & berry crumble, perfectly paired with a glass of prosecco or sparkling apple juice.

A nut roast option is available for vegetarian guests — please let us know of any dietary requirements in advance.

Sip premium vodkas from around the world — including the Canadian-made Crystal Head Vodka — served in a shot glass made entirely of ice. When you’re done, take part in the Ice Bar’s signature ritual: smash your glass on the ground to complete the experience.
